WA Appliance Parts respects your privacy and appreciates your business. WA Appliance parts does not trade, sell or exchange customer information with any individual or business.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

WA Appliance Parts does not provide refunds except where required by law. Please ensure you have the correct model number of your appliance when searching for your part.

WA Appliance Parts will only offer returns on spare parts that are defective, or if we have made an error. If we have been supplied incorrect information by the customer, in regards to either the part number, or in regards to identifying the correct spare part, any returns and/or exchange will be at our discretion.

Should we agree to accept such product for return the buyer must return the item at their expense in original unmarked/unused condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of electronic equipment all circuit boards, modules and electronic equipment are strictly non-returnable except required by law.

Items opened, used or fitted cannot be returned.

Damaged goods claims must include photographic evidence of product damage AND product packaging and lodged within 2 working days of delivery.

The risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.


DELAY

WA Appliance Parts will endeavour to fill all orders promptly but will not be liable in any respect for any delay occurring in the supply of goods / or services. WA Appliance Parts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss to any customer due to the delay.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order for spare parts has been placed any cancellations are at the discretion of WA Appliance Parts and will be subject to any terms which we may impose.
